Vicks Vaporub is used to provide sweet sweet relief from blocked nose, cough, muscular aches and pains due to cold. It can be used as a rub to help with the affected area, or you can inhale the vapour either directly or you can mix the Vaporub with steaming water and inhale the vapour.
